Protein Pancakes

 

Protein Pancakes are great to have on hand for a quick meal!

Recipe: Makes about 8 small to med. size Protein Pancakes

1 cup of Oatmeal

2 scoops of Protein powder (either Vanilla or Chocolate)

4 Egg Whites

Add about a half cup of water (add more as necessary)

1 Banana sliced or chopped

1/4 cupped of walnuts or any nuts you prefer

Use Pam to cook and enjoy!

Each pancake is approximately 100 to 140 calories depending on the nuts your choose.

There is no need to add syrup to these pancakes they are tasty as they are!
